Ian launched QUEEN CITY KEYS in 2024, settling into land life in Charlotte, North Carolina, after working on luxury cruise ships in various roles including Lead Vocalist, Piano Bar Entertainer, and Cruise Director. During those eight years at sea, he entertained audiences of all ages in a dozen states and more than fifty countries world-wide, coupling his high-energy, fun, upbeat performances with his charming, witty, positive personality.

Ian lived in New York City for five years and performed as a Dueling Pianist at Bar Nine in Hell’s Kitchen, and as a Music Director at the West End Lounge and the famous 54 Below cabaret, among others.

Taking the knowledge he has amassed in nearly two decades in the entertainment industry, and with a repertoire of over 1000 songs spanning eight decades, Ian creates bespoke programming for weddings, corporate events, private concerts, retirement communities, holiday parties, and more. His one-man show, TEN GRAND, a rocking sing-along concert highlighting the music of history's greatest singing pianists, has been received with rave reviews by thousands of happy audience members from all over the world.
